FY 2026 Joint Strategic Oversight Plan

Sept. 30, 2025 - This Joint Strategic Oversight Plan describes projects that the Special IG, Lead IG agencies, and partner oversight agencies intend to conduct during FY 2026. Oversight agencies closely monitor and periodically review the purpose and scope of these projects and the changing conditions of OAR. This enables us to determine if additional or different oversight projects should be conducted during the fiscal year and update the oversight plan accordingly. This Joint Strategic Oversight Plan contains 51 planned or ongoing oversight projects for FY 2026.

Oct. 4, 2024 - This Joint Strategic Oversight Plan describes projects that the Special IG, Lead IG agencies, and partner oversight agencies intend to conduct during FY 2025. Oversight agencies closely monitor, and periodically review the purpose and scope of these projects, and the changing conditions of Operation Atlantic Resolve (OAR). This enables oversight organizations to determine if additional or different oversight projects should be conducted during the fiscal year, and to update the oversight plan accordingly. This joint strategic oversight plan contains 77 planned and ongoing oversight projects for FY 2025.

FY 2024 Joint Strategic Oversight Plan

Aug. 14, 2024 - The annual joint strategic oversight plan for Operation Atlantic Resolve (OAR), including U.S. Government activities related to Ukraine, is a whole-of-government effort involving more than 20 agencies. As the Lead IG agencies, the DoD, State, and USAID OIGs will work closely together to deliver comprehensive and effective oversight of OAR, including the wider U.S. response to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This joint strategic oversight plan contains 96 ongoing and planned oversight projects for FY 2024.
